Incorrect User Activity Display in the Map Card


If the user’s TC or PC is displayed incorrectly, or if the user activity appears incomplete in the timeline on the live map, please ask the user to perform a data sync.


Ask the user to check the report data for the  n-1 day.


If the issue persists even after syncing the data, kindly raise a support ticket for further assistance.
