General Trade Field Assist Dashboard 

Highlights 


How do I know the number of employees who have logged into application today? ∙ 

Can I know the employees who are absent for today from Field Assist Portal? 

Is there any option available in Field Assist Portal where it shows users logging in time etc.? 


1) Once you login to Field Assist General Trade dashboard you will see the screen like this

3) By default the current date will be taken however you can also click on the small calendar  icon to select the required date to see the particular day summary


4) User Summary 


Retailing– Count of users who are active and doing activity in market for today 


Leave/Others – Count of users who have applied leave in the application and Count of users  who are performing other activities like Distributor Search, Distributor Visit etc. 

Inactive Users - Count of users who are inactive and haven’t logged into application for today 

Total - Count of users who are registered and actively present in Field Assist Portal overall 

5) Call Summary:

SC (Scheduled Call) - Sum of all outlets available in the beats of users who are retailing on that  particular day 

TC (Total Call) – Sum of all outlets which has been visited by the team on a particular day PC (Productive Call) - Sum of all outlets from where you have received orders on a particular day 

Productivity – Productivity of the team overall for a particular day 

In Std. Unit/ Values – It shows the sum of orders in Std. Unit or values how you would like to see  in dashboard. This setting would be done by your account Manager as per your company  requirement while setting up the profile.


The Std. Unit means how you sell/dispatch your products to retailers in bulk (i.e.) Case Box,  Cotton Box etc. 



6) In-Time 


It will show sum of users have logged into application before set In-Time in dashboard; it will  break down and show in Zone wise



7) First Call 

It will show sum of users have done First call in application before set First Call time in  dashboard; it will break down and show in Zone wise

 


8) SALES - MTD vs LMTD In Std. Unit/Values 


It will show the sum of orders in Std. Unit/ Values for Month till date and the same will be  compared with Last Month till date too. It will break down and show in Zone wise 




9) By Zone And Primary Category 


It will show the Primary category names of your products along with Zone and this is Month Till  date data; when you place the cursor on bar chart it will display the sum of order Qty in Std.  Unit/value





Panel Options on Left 


1) Dashboard 

To refresh the Field Assist Portal manually; once click on this option your portal will get  refreshed and data on the home page will get updated 




2) Attendances 


Daily Summary Playground – You can set the required data pointers that you would like to get in  Daily summary email to all the Mangers and Admin and same way you can set Monthly DSR as  well 


Live Map – You can view the user’s activity on a map view like Day start time, Outlet Visited etc 


Daily Summary – You can see the daily summary of your team where it will have data pointers  like First Call, TC, PC, SC etc as per the customization done by your account manager 

If you want to know the order details along with those outlets then click on respective sales  team member’s name; which is hyperlinked and it will take to sales details window automatically 


Employee Wise – You can see the data of a single user as per customized date; maximum date  range allowed is 1 month in Field Assist Portal in a single request 


If you want to know the order details along with those outlets then click on respective Date  data; which is hyperlinked and it will take to sales details window automatically




3) Sales 

Daily Summary – It will show the order taken data of sales person on each product primary  category and secondary category wise 

Area Sales - It will show the order taken data of respective ASM’s team (nomenclature used in  Field Assist Portal/ level 2 hierarchy) on each product primary category and secondary category  wise 




4) Survey 

You can create your own survey to collect data from the market through this module; it will get  enabled in Sales Team’s application to gather data and you can do analysis based on that data




5) Notifications 

You can send notifications to All App users or certain Manager Wise App users using this option 

6) Reports 

All the backend reports of sales team’s efforts and order details can be taken here




7) My Dashboard 

Graphs appear here will be shown in FA Analytics Application for managers for their analysis; to  activate these reports, you have to get in touch with your account manager

8) Advance Leave 

Advance leave requests from your sales team will be here and you can either approve or reject  the leave request




9) Company Settings 

Employee Management – Sales team related edits and addition to Field Assist Portal can be  done 


Location Management – Beat, Outlet, and Location related edits and addition to Field Assist  Portal can be done 


Product Management – Product related edits and addition to Field Assist Portal can be done 


Manage KRA – KRA abbreviation is Key Responsibility Area; it means this is kind of target which  can be assigned to sales team member and it can be tracked too. KRA Tag creation, target  upload can be done here 


Distributor Management - Distributors related edits and addition to Field Assist Portal can be  done 

Admin Management – Admin access given to your company individual can be seen and revoke  the rights here 




10) Flexible Reporting 

You can create your own report as per Manager’s and Company requirements; the same can be  downloaded here

FAQ’S 


1) How can I download the employee who have logged into application and who haven’t  today? 

Answer- Go to Field Assist Portal and click on Attendances – Daily Summary; where you will find  present employee hierarchy followed in your company; select the date and click on Get Data  option to get the details. Even you can download this file using Download button on top right  corner. 

2) Is there option available in Field Assist Portal to download Live Map activity? 

Answer – No, we don’t have that option as of now however if you want to know the time wise  activity of a sales person or team; then you can use Time Line report in Report V3 option

3) How to know the sales details of a particular employee in daily summary page? 

Answer –To know the order details along with those outlets then click on respective sales team  member’s name; which is hyperlinked and it will take to sales details window automatically. 

4) How do I find the colour attributes details used in Live map in Field Assist Portal? 

Answer – Just slightly scroll the Live Map page to the right and you will find each colour with its details mentioned over there.
