This Report gives the summarized view of Field Users attendance for the selected date range.

It contains 3 different tabs:
- Attendance
- Summary
- Activity
Detailed explanation of all these tabs is provided below.
Report Logic:
1. This report fetches the live data. That means, Hierarchy of the Field Users will reflect as per the current mapping.
2.Attendance of active Field Users will reflect.

Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
- Header (1-5) Employee Hierarchy: Hierarchy of a Field User. For Ex: ZonalSalesManager (Level-4) > RegionalSalesManager(Level-3) > AreaSalesManager(Level-2) > Reporting Manager (Whom the user is reporting) > User.
Note: Hierarchy level can be up to Level 7 depending upon the size/hierarchy principle of the company.
- User Rank: Rank of the user at which he is present in Company Hierarchy.
- Employee Contact No.: Contact no. of the user by which he is registered in the system.
- Total Days: Total number of days (Date range) for which the report is extracted.
- Working Days: Number of days for which user has done working. That is if user has done retailing or other full day activity.
- Retailing Days: Number of days user has done retailing.
- Other Official Work: Number of days user has done Full day activities.
- Leave: Number of days user has marked leave.
- Holidays: Number of days user has marked holidays.
- Absent: Number of days user has not marked any entry in the application.
- Weekly Off: Number of days user has marked Weekly Off in the application.
- Avg. Retailing Time: Average time spend by the user in retailing wrt total days.

Summary
The summary tab contains the day wise summary of the users. Like: - Login time, Logout time, Retailing time, Total Time, TC, PC Productivity etc.

Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
- Tour Plan: If the company has opted Tour Plan settings, the beats assigned to the user as per the tour plan will reflect in this column.
- Type: Type of work done by the user. Ex: Retailing, Meeting etc.
- Reason: Reason of doing other activity. Like in (Meeting type), reason for the meeting.
- Assigned Beat: Pre-Assigned beat to the user at the time of day start. Beats will reflect if company uses settings like Beat Plan.
- Selected Beats: Beats selected by the user at the time of Start Day.
- Login Time, Logout Time: Login- Start Day time and Logout- End Day time in the application.
- Total Time: Total time when user was logged In the application. (Logout-Login) time.
- First Call Time: Time when first order was done. (It can be productive/unproductive).
- Last Call Time: Time when last order was done. (It can be productive/unproductive).
- Retail Time: Total time when user has done retailing. (Last Call-First Call) time.
- TC: Total Calls done by the user.
- PC: Total Productive Calls done by the user.
- Productivity: No. of Productive Calls/ No. of Total Calls * 100.
- Retailing Grade: Grade given to the user based on the retailing time done by the user.
- Retailing Grade Definition: Definition based on the Retailing Time.
· A- More than 3 Hours.
· B- 3 to 6 Hours.
· C- Less than 2 Hours.
Activity:
This tab shows the other activities done by the user date wise.

Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
- Category: Type of Activity done by the user. Like: - Joint Working, Gate Meeting, Distributor Visit.
- Comment: Additional comments for the Activity.
- Start Time: Start Time of the Activity.
- End Time: End Time of the Activity.
- Total Time: Total Time for which the Activity is done. (End Time- Start Time).
