DAILY SUMMARY: 

(ATTENDANCES) 


The daily Summary tab in Attendance contains all the live information of the team for a particular date selected. All details done on that particular day for user/s will be seen here. 


The following document will help you with the following Queries:- 

● How to check all the activity details of user/s on a particular day? 

To reach the Daily summary tab, click on the enclosed tab in the image shown below.

HOW TO CHECK ALL THE ACTIVITY DETAILS OF USER/S ON A PARTICULAR DAY? 



Clicking on daily summary will lead to the following page. 


In order to see a detailed “Daily Summary” of the team, please select the hierarchy of the team. Once Hierarchy is selected, select the date from the calendar highlighted in the image shown below and click on “Get data”.




Clicking on the “get data” will redirect to the “Daily Summary” page. 




In the above Daily Summary tab, terms are explained below. 


● Employee - Name of the employee 

● Type- Shows the Day start type of the User 

● Login- Time of the Start Day or Mark No Retailing 

● First Call- Time of first outlet visit

● Last Active- Time of the last activity 

● SC- Number of outlets in the selected beat 

● TC- Total outlets covered by the Employee till the time 

● PC- Total number of Productive calls till time 

● % Productive- Percentage ratio of Productive call and Total call 

● OVT- Outlets visited out of turn (Number of outlets visited which are not in the selected beats) 

● TO- Telephonic orders 

● Selected Beats- Beat selected by the employee on that particular date 

Note: One can hover the cursor over the header to know the word. 

In order to check outlet wise sales done by the employee click on the respective Employee’s 

name





Activity Summary: 

● Activities: Click to see Timing of Day Start, Other activities (Non-Retailing Activities) & End day.

● Live Map: Click to see the live Map of the user (Explained further in Daily Summary in Attendance) (Ref Screenshot 2)
