This Report provides daily summarized view of retailing and non-retailing activities done by the users.
The report contains 2 Tabs:
· Summary Sheet
· Activity
Detailed explanation of all these tabs is provided below.
Report Logic:
1. This report fetches the live data. That means, Hierarchy of the Field Users will reflect as per the current mapping.
2.Summary of active Field Users will reflect.
Date Range Filter: Yes. Up to 31 Days.
Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
- Date: Date for which the retailing/non-retailing activity is checked for a user.
- Header (2-6) Employee Hierarchy: Hierarchy of a Field User. For Ex: ZonalSalesManager (Level-4) > RegionalSalesManager(Level-3) > AreaSalesManager(Level-2) > Reporting Manager (Whom the user is reporting) > User.
- User Rank: Rank of the user at which he is present in Company Hierarchy.
- Employee Contact No.: Contact no. of the user by which he is registered in the system.
- Type: Day Start Type selected by the user. Ex: Absent, Retailing, Joint Working etc.
- Reason: Reason of doing Other Activities.
- Selected Beats: Beat selected by the user at the time of Day Start.
- SC: Scheduled Calls (outlets) in the selected beat.
- TC: Total Calls done by the user.
- PC: Total Productive Calls done by the user.
Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
- OVT: Outlet Visit out of Turn. The outlets done by the user which are not present in the selected beat.
- Telephonic Orders: Outlets/Call done by the user via Telephonic call. In other words, telephonic orders taken by the user.
- Qty (Std Unit): Total quantity of order booked by the user in Standard Unit.
- Value: Total Amount of the order booked by the user in Price.
- Scheme Qty: Qty of order booked under the provided scheme.
- Scheme Value: Amount of order (in Price) booked under the provided scheme.
- Net Value: Net value of the order booked by the user. (Total Value – Scheme Value).
- MTD: (Month To Date) Amount booked by the user from 1st date of the on going month to current date.
- Login, Logout: Login- Start Day time and Logout- End Day time in the application on that Day.
- Total Time (HH:MM): Total time when user was logged in the application. (Logout-Login) time.
- Other Activities: Count of Other Activities done by the user on that Day.
- Other Act. Time: Total Time spent on doing other activities by the user on that Day.
- LC: (Lines Cut) Total number of unique SKUs sold by the user in the market on that Day.
- LPPC: (Lines Cut Per Productive Call) Total number of unique SKUs sold by the user/ Total number of Productive Calls by the user on that Day.
- New Outlets: Number of new Outlets created by the user on that Day.
- N.O. Qty (Std Unit): Total Quantity booked by the user on New Outlets on that Day.
27. Category wise Quantity (Std Unit): Category wise quantity booked by the user on that Day.
Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
1. Category: Type of Activity done by the user. Like: - Joint Working, Gate Meeting, Distributor Visit.
2. Comment: Additional comments for the Activity.
3. Start Time: Start Time of the Activity.
4. End Time: End Time of the Activity.
5. Total Time: Total Time for which the Activity is done. (End Time- Start Time).
