Report Description

This report provides a daily summarized view of retailing and non-retailing activities performed by users. It helps evaluate daily performance by detailing the type of work done, the number of visits, and sales made—both total and primary category-wise—on a date-wise basis.

Report Logic

1. The report is generated based on the employee hierarchy/position hierarchy filter. (Select the hierarchy of field users whose data you want to view.)
2. It can also be downloaded using the position code hierarchy filter if the company has this setting enabled. (Select the hierarchy of position codes for which you want to view the data.)
3. The report can be downloaded for employees only, managers only, or all field users.
4. The reporting manager of the user is displayed as per the current mapping.
5. The reporting position of the user is shown based on the mapping at the time of the transaction.
6. The report includes all field users who were active on the selected date, along with their data.

Date Range Filter: Available for up to 31 days.

How to Download This Report

1. Go to the Analytics module on the dashboard.
2. Navigate to Sales > Summary Report V4.
3. Select the hierarchy, type of field users, and date range for which you want to view the data.
4. Click Download Data to generate the report.
