KRA Adherence Report
KRA- (Key Result Area). This report helps in monitoring the overall performance of the Employees apart from the sales.
The significance of this report is that more disciplined, precise and more effective results can be made following this report. This enables the management to know whether the Employee is following the KRA targets set by the company or not.
For Ex: Whether the Employee is starting the day on time, completing the TC/PC as per targets. Doing effective sales properly as per the KRAs.
How to set KRAs: KRA targets can be defined from the dashboard portal via “KRA Targets” module in Company Settings.
Date Range Filter: Yes. Up to 31 Days.
Report has 2 tabs:

· Detailed
Summary: This Tab reflects summarized view of the KRAs Employee wise for the selected date range.
1. Retailing Days: Number of days the Employee has done retailing in the selected date range.
2. % Adherence (No. of Days) TC: Number of days the Employee has adhered the TC against the KRA set for TC in %. Means how many days the Employee has done TC equal to or greater than TC set in KRA targets.
3. % Adherence (Avg. Value) TC: Average TC done by the user in the retailing days against the KRA set for TC in %. Means the average TC done by the user in his retailing days is how much adhered against the TC set in KRA targets.(Avg. TC/TC in KRA) X 100
4. % Adherence (No. of Days) PC: Number of days the Employee has adhered the PC against the KRA set for PC in %. Means how many days the Employee has done PC equal to or greater than PC set in KRA targets.
5. % Adherence (Avg. Value) PC: Average PC done by the user in the retailing days against the KRA set for PC in %. Means the average PC done by the user in his retailing days is how much adhered against the PC set in KRA targets.(Avg. PC/PC in KRA) X 100
6. % Adherence (No. of Days) QTY: Number of days the Employee has adhered the QTY against the KRA set for QTY in %. Means how many days the Employee has booked QTY equal to or greater than QTY set in KRA targets.
7. % Adherence (Avg. Value) QTY: Average QTY booked by the user in the retailing days against the KRA set for QTY in %. Means the average QTY booked by the user in his retailing days is how much adhered against the QTY set in KRA targets.(Avg. QTY/QTY in KRA) X 100
8. % Adherence (No. of Days) RGPPC: RGPPC refers to Revenue Generated Per Productive Call. Number of days the Employee has adhered the RGPPC against the KRA set for RGPPC in %. Means how many days the Employee has booked RGPPC equal to or greater than RGPPC set in KRA targets.
9. % Adherence (Avg. Value) RGPPC: RGPPC refers to Revenue Generated Per Productive Call. Average RGPPC done by the user in the retailing days against the KRA set for RGPPC in %. Means the average RGPPC done by the user in his retailing days is how much adhered against the RGPPC set in KRA targets.(Avg. RGPPC/RGPPC in KRA) X 100
10. % Adherence (No. of Days) LCPC: LCPC refers to Line Cut per Productive Call. Number of days the Employee has adhered the LCPC against the KRA set for LCPC in %. Means how many days the Employee has booked LCPC equal to or greater than LCPC set in KRA targets.
11. % Adherence (Avg. Value) RGPPC: LCPC refers to Line Cut per Productive Call. Average LCPC done by the user in the retailing days against the KRA set for LCPC in %. Means the average LCPC done by the user in his retailing days is how much adhered against the LCPC set in KRA targets.(Avg. LCPC/LCPC in KRA) X 100
12. % Adherence (No. of Days) Eff. Call: Effective call is the minimum number of productive calls done by the Employee. Number of days the Employee has adhered the Eff. Call against the KRA set for Eff. Call in %. Means how many days the Employee has booked Eff. Call equal to or greater than Eff. Call set in KRA targets.
13. % Adherence (Avg. Value) Eff. Call: Average Eff. Call done by the user in the retailing days against the KRA set for Eff. Call in %. Means the average Eff. Call done by the user in his retailing days is how much adhered against the Eff. Call set in KRA targets.(Avg. Eff. Call / Eff. Call in KRA) X 100.
Similarly, for the above headers. % Adherence is calculated for each KRA on No. of Days basis as well as Avg. Value basis.
Detailed: This tab contains detailed information of all the KRAs adhered by the Employees.
Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
1. TC: Total Calls done by the Employee on a particular date in selected date range.
2. KRA TC: Number of TC assigned to the Employee as per the KRA Target.
3. % Adherence: KRA adhered by the Employee on the particular date in %. (TC/KRA TC) X100
4. Deviation: Number of TC the Employee lacked by the given target. (KRA TC – TC)
5. PC: Total Productive Calls done by the Employee on a particular date in selected date range.
6. KRA PC: Number of PC assigned to the Employee as per the KRA Target.
7. % Adherence: KRA adhered by the Employee on the particular date in %. (PC/KRA PC) X100
8. Deviation: Number of PC the Employee lacked by the given target. (KRA PC – PC).
9. LPPC: Lines Per Productive Call. Total LPPC done by the Employee on a particular date in selected date range.
10. KRA LPPC: Lines Per Productive Call. Total LPPC assigned to the Employee as per the KRA Target.
11. % Adherence: KRA adhered by the Employee on the particular date in %. (LPPC/KRA LPPC) X100
12. Deviation: Number of LPPC the Employee lacked by the given target. (KRA LPPC – LPPC).
13. QTY: Total order (qty) booked by the Employee on a particular date in selected date range.
14. KRA QTY: Total qty. assigned to the Employee as per the KRA Target.
15. % Adherence: KRA adhered by the Employee on the particular date in %. (QTY/KRA QTY) X100
16. Deviation: Total qty. of order the Employee lacked by the given target. (KRA QTY – QTY).
Similarly, for Day Start Time, Time Spent Retailing, Total Time, Effective Time. All these attributes like % Adherence, Deviations are calculated.
