KRA TAGs/KRA UPLOAD/KRA MAPPING:

KRA


KRA (Key Responsibility Area) is our new feature where a company can set the daily KRA or daily targets, manager wise, employee wise, zone wise, or region wise. The company can track the performance of the sales team as per the KRA defined. This Module will help you in creating the KRA tags and uploading the Target Value 


The following document will help you with the following Queries:- 

● How to create a new KRA Tag?

● How to map KRAs to Users? 

● KRA Targets and Its meanings? 


To go to Manage KRA, Navigate to the Company Settings 

Under Company Settings Manage KRA Will unhide.


WHAT IS A KRA TAG? 

HOW TO CREATE A KRA TAG? 


KRA Tags: This Will contain the set of KRAs which you will select/choose from the KRA list. 

Once the KRA Tags is attached with KRAs: thereafter the particular KRA TAG can be attached to any user and all the KRAs inside that KRA TAG will be attached to the user. 


Eg. KRA TAG: ESM KRAs: Day Start time: 9:00 am, Day End time: 7:00 pm, TC: 30, PC: 10. Once all these KRAs are defined in the particular KRA TAG, and the KRA TAG is attached to the employee. These KRAs will be reflected against the ESM. 


Similarly, we can create multiple KRA TAGs for multiple levels of hierarchy and attach to respective hierarchy or employee. 


 


Besides the “Manage KRA” tab an arrow is present. Click on the Arrow and further options will appear. 

Click on KRA Tags

 

On clicking the following page opens up: 


 

Click on the “Create” button to Create a NEW KRA tag. 

Enter the Name of the KRA tag when prompted and Click submit. 

The new tag is now made in the system 


HOW TO UPLOAD KRA TARGETS? 


Besides the “Manage KRA” tab an arrow is present. Click on the Arrow and further options will appear. 

Click on Upload Target Values 

On clicking the Upload Target Value tab The following page will appear 

Click on the download button and you will be prompted to download an excel file. Download the excel file and open the same.

The following sheet will open up: 


Sheet 2 contains the list of all the KRA tags made by the admin 

in the system. 

Sheet 3 contains the list of a bucket of the KRAs Defined in the 

system offered by Field assist 

For example, 

In sheet 3, KRA tags defined in the system are present in the first 

column, and its corresponding data type. For instance, TC is a KRA 

and the target value must be defined as a whole number only.




In sheet 1, 

Enter the KRA tag name(in the same format mentioned in Sheet 2) in the first column. Enter the KRA target name as mentioned in sheet 3 as it is. 

Enter its Value( must be in accordance with the datatype mentioned in sheet 3) Enter Yes if it is a star KRA else No 

STAR KRA: Star KRAs are those KRAs for which the user will be Nudged Via Push notification about the Status of the achievement. The Notifications Are sent at a timely interval defined by the Admin. You can only set 1 Star KRA 


Once all the relevant data for all the KRA tags are filled save the file. 

The mandatory Fields are mentioned below: 

KRA Tag Name --, String[0-64] 

KRA Target Name --, String 

Value --, String[0-32] 

Is Star KRA --, String 

On the portal Click on “Choose file” 



Select the file excel file which was updated with the KRAs and Click on the upload button.


Before uploading please make sure the data is in the correct format by clicking on PrelimCheckInfo, PassiveCheckinfo button, and ActiveCheckinfo button. 


Once you clicked on the Upload button 



The following screen will show up if all the data is entered correctly. 

If not please follow the error message in the “status Column” 

Click on the Continue button. 

This page opens up.


Wait for a couple of minutes and click on Show Details Separately. 

The following page will open up 



Click on the continue button and wait for a couple of minutes.

On clicking Show Details Separately, you will be prompted with a message “You may now log out” or “insertion Complete” 

Once the message is seen, you may close the window.


HOW TO MAP KRA TAGS TO USERS? 

Go to Field user management under employee management under the company settings. Search for the Desired Field user and click on edit and Map the KRA tag. For more Details Check Field user management Manual. 


To map The KRA Targets in bulk to the users under Employee management Under Company Settings


 


Click  on Bulk Upload. Update Field User will unhide 

The following Page opens up 



Click on Download and an excel File will get downloaded. Open the excel file 



Each row in the file contains information about each Field user.

Update Column O(KRA TAG NAME) corresponds to each user. KRA TAGS are mentioned in sheet 3 in this excel file 

Please note the KRA tags must be in the exact same format as mentioned in Sheet 3(KRA Tags) 

Once updated, Save the File. 




Choose the saved file and click on upload. 

Please click on PrelimCheckInfo, PassiveCheckInfo, and ActiveCheckInfo and check if the data uploaded is in the right format 

Once you clicked on the Upload button




The following screen will show up if all the data is entered correctly. 

If not please follow the error message in the “status Column” 

Click on the Continue button. 

This page opens up.




Wait for a couple of minutes and click on Show Details Separately. 

The following page will open up 




Click on the continue button and wait for a couple of minutes. 

On clicking Show Details Separately, you will be prompted with a message “You may now log out” or “insertion Complete” 

Once the message is seen, you may close the window.
