Buyer/seller name is not showing in Direct SO/invoicing
Check Distributor-Seller Beat Mapping:
- Ensure that the Distributor is mapped with the Seller Beat.
- If the seller beat is not mapped or the mapping has been deactivated, an error stating "Buyer not found" will appear.
Verify Buyer (Outlet/Distributor) Status:
- Check if the Outlet or Distributor (Buyer) is deactivated.
- If the buyer is deactivated, the system will display an error stating "Buyer not found."
