Buyer/seller name is not showing in Direct SO/invoicing


  1. Check Distributor-Seller Beat Mapping:

    • Ensure that the Distributor is mapped with the Seller Beat.
    • If the seller beat is not mapped or the mapping has been deactivated, an error stating "Buyer not found" will appear.
  2. Verify Buyer (Outlet/Distributor) Status:

    • Check if the Outlet or Distributor (Buyer) is deactivated.
    • If the buyer is deactivated, the system will display an error stating "Buyer not found."
