How can I view areas wise sales?

Sales – Area Sales 

Highlights 

∙ How do I see Area Sales Manager wise (Nomenclature used in Field Assist Portal - level 2  employee hierarchy) order taken Qty (Std.Unit)/Value in Field Assist Portal? 

∙ Is there an option to see Area Sales Manager wise (Nomenclature used in Field Assist Portal - level 2 employee hierarchy) order taken data in Primary category wise? 

∙ How do I get secondary category wise order taken data in Qty (Std.Unit)/Value ASM wise for  required date range? 

Note – Either order in Qty (Std.Unit) or Values will be visible on the screen; it will be as per  your company requirement setup done in the Field Assist Portal 

Important Terms Used 

∙ Primary Category – The primary category name of the products that is maintained in Field  Assist Portal 

∙ Secondary Category – The secondary category name of the products that is maintained in  Field Assist Portal 

Steps to be followed 

1) Once you open Field Assist Dashboard, click on Sales – Area Sales option 

2) It will take you to Area Sales page, where you have to select required Employee Hierarchy to  see the Order taken Qty (Std.Unit)/Value in Field Assist Portal for specific date range

3) If you want to any specific RSM wise then you use the Regional Sales Manager drop down  list box 

Note – RSM, ZSM, NSM drop down filter will be only active if your company have multiple  region and manager working and their team. Or else the available manager will be selected by  deafult in Field Assist Portal 

4) Select the Start Date and End Date as per your requirement in the page

5) Click on Get Data button 

6) You will get Area Manager Wise (Level 2 employee hierarchy as per Field Assist  Nomenclature) order taken value or quantity (Std.Unit) data in the screen with total number  as well on the right corner

7) The order taken data will be showing along with Primary Category and Secondary Category  name in the same screen

8) You can use the scroll bar to move right/left or up/down to see the details  

Note – There is no download option available on this page however you can get the data from  reports section (Report V3) in Field Assist Portal. You can refer Either Live Secondary Order  Report or Secondary Order Dump Report for the same data.
