In order to find details of many Distributors at a time, and the option of “Update Distributor” is provided in “Bulk upload” under “Distributor Management”.
Follow the path shown below to reach at “Update Distributor”.
Click on “Update Distributor” option to edit distributor details in bulk. Clicking on “Update Distributor” will direct the user to page shown below.
Clicking on “Download” the excel sheet with details and unique ID of distributors required to edit the details of the distributor.
Mandatory Fields required to Edit/Update distributor details are listed below.
- Distributor GUID
- Region GUID
- HASHKEY
- Fields to be updated.
Surf through the downloaded sheet shown above and find above mentioned fields corresponding to the distributor whose details to be edited and put the details to be edited/updated in Columns corresponding to the distributor details (GUID, HASHKEY)
Once selected, Sheet would look like as shown below.
Once Saved the details, go back on “Update Distributor” page, click on “Choose file”, browse the file and then click on “Upload” to update the details.
Once clicked on “upload”, File will go through Three level of checks, two of them will be completed at once and second at once if entered details are correct. In case details are not correct, the system will throw an exact error and the row number in which error exists. Correct that error and upload the sheet again.
The user will be asked to click on “Continue” two times as shown below. Simply click on “Continue” shown in the image below in green color to proceed further.
The page shown below will be displayed confirming that details have been edited/updated successfully.
