How to create an ESM

To create an ESM, click on the Create option, enclosed in the image below.


Once clicked on the create option, a popup window to fill in details will be open.


Fill in the Name and Email Id of the ESM, Select the Area Sales Manager under whom you are creating the employee and then click on the Submit option to create the employee.



Once details are filled click on submit to save the details and employee will be created.



In order to edit an already existing ESM, click on edit option in front of ESM Name.



Once clicked on edit, the page shown below will open.



Once made the required changes, click on “Submit” to save the changed details.


In order to refrain an ESM from using the Fielduser’s Application, click on the “Deactivate” in front of the employee.


If you want to see the deactivated employees, click on the Inactive tab enclosed in the image shown below.

Space in front of the employee will be blank.
