ESM Management

ESM management denotes for Employee/Executive Sales Manager Management (Level 1). 

To make any changes or to add a new Employee Sales Manager, click on the ESM- Management.

Clicking on the ESM Management tab will lead to the following page.

Different option on the above page have following meaning.

Create: To create an employee at this hierarchy.

Edit: Tap on edit to edit the details of the employee

Deactivate: Click here stop particular employee from using dashboard

Hierarchy: Shows the hierarchy of the employee

Export: To export the list of the employees with their hierarchy and details in excel sheet

In order to see the hierarchy of the ESM, click on the hierarchy tab. Clicking on the hierarchy tab will show the ASM and RSM of the employee.
