FieldUser Management

This module is used to give access to the Field Assist User application to any user. This module may also be used to give access to different levels of hierarchies. 


The following document will help you with the following Queries:- 

● What is Field User management? 

● How to Give access to Field Assist Mobile Application? 

● How to Attach/Detach Beat to a user? 

● How to give or revoke access to any manager of FA analytics and web portal? '

● How to Attach/detach distributor to a user? 

  ● How to Attach route plan.



In order to reach this setting:- 

Under company settings in your portal go to "FieldUser Management”


       



WHAT IS FIELDUSER MANAGEMENT? 

On Clicking the setting the following page opens: 




Various Terms used in the columns have the Following Meaning: 


Name: Search any user by name 

ERP ID: Search users by ERP ID 

HQ: Search users by Headquarters 

User Role: Search users by the rank of the user 

Manager: Search users by their manager name 

App Version: Search users by App version being used 

Various Terms used in the buttons have the Following Meaning: 

Details: Click on details to see the details of the Field user 

Revoke: Stop a Field user from using the FieldAssist Mobile Application 

Make App User: Allow an ASM/RSM/ZSM/GSM to use FieldAssist Application 

App Version: Version of the application used by the field user 

User Role: Rank of the employee 

Attach Beats: To Attach beats to the employee 




HOW TO GIVE FIELD ASSIST WORKING APPLICATION ACCESS TO ASM/RSM/ZSM/GSM?


 

Once the “Make App user” tab is clicked, the window shown below pops up:


Points to follow:

  1. You will see all the employees which you have added from ASM- Management/ RSM- Management/ ESM - Management/ ZSM - Management/ GSM - Management

  2. Fill in the details of the employee, contact number being mandatory.

  3. If the user goes to the market to book orders, click on the box below “isorderbookingallowed”

    1. Further on selecting this option, you see additional options to assign region and user type.

    2. Select “SR” in user type for GT and “ISR” or “Supervisor” for “MT”

    3. Choose region for the ASM/RSM/ZSM/GSM. 

Then click on submit to give access to the Mobile application.

On submit, Make AppUser tab will automatically turn into the “Attach Beats” tab.


Please note- 1. The KRA tags will be visible only if the KRAs are defined in the system previously.

2. The user can only log in to the application with the same IMEI number mentioned here (May leave blank if restrictions on IMEI are not required)


HOW TO ATTACH/DETACH BEATS TO A MOBILE APP USER(ESM/ASM/RSM/ZSM/GSM)?

 

Click on “Attach Beat” to attach or assign beats to the employee.

 

On clicking the following opens up:

This page shows all the beats only in the region of the corresponding user.



Click on add more beats:

 

This will unhide the filters as follows:

 

 

 

Select hierarchy and click on filter beats to see the list of beats corresponding to the selected user.


Once the beat list is loaded, click on “add” to add the beats and then “Save” to save the beats for the employee.

 

To Detach or disassociate select “remove” and then click the “Save” button:


 

HOW TO REVOKE ACCESS OF FIELD ASSIST APP?
WHAT ARE THE OTHER FUNCTIONALITIES IN THE TAB?

 

In order to revoke or discontinue a user’s mobile application access, click on “Revoke App Access” 

On Clicking the button the access will be forbidden for the particular user.

 

The function of other tabs are described as follows:-
On clicking this, you will be shown the details of the corresponding user which was added while creating the respective user from ESM/RSM/ASM/ZSM/GSM Management.




On clicking this, the user will be given access to the FA analytics app. The user can then log in using their mobile number and OTP. 

 

 

Please note: If the email id is already associated with another employee or if Mobile entered is not in the correct format, the system will throw an error during Registration. Kindly make sure to enter the correct details.

In case the user is not able to login using a mobile number and OTP, click on this button to get the activation code. Using this activation code the user will be able to login into Field assist mobile application

 

HOW TO ATTACH/DETACH DISTRIBUTOR(ONLY IN CASE OF USER DISTRIBUTOR MAPPING)?

In case you wish to assign distributor/s to an employee, click on “Attach Distributor” as shown:

  

 

On clicking The following page opens up. You will be shown a list of Distributors. Please note the page will only show distributors corresponding to the Region of the user.

Select the distributor of the choice and click on “Add”
Alternatively, you can even search by the distributor name.

 

 

If a distributor needs to be removed/detached from the user, select remove,On completion click on save 

 

 

HOW TO ATTACH A ROUTE PLAN?

 In case your company uses route plan feature, an “Attach Route Plan” setting will be enabled as follows:-

 

 

By Clicking on Attach Route plan the following window opens up:-

 

After filling the relevant details(As explained in Route Management Under Location Management) click save Route Plan button. After this the route plan gets assigned to the user.
