INSERT MASTER DATA: 

(EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT) 

The following document will explain how to fill the Master Data sent by the Field assist team for data upload

Click on download to download the sample file sent by the Customer Success manager to enter the Data. 

Null Entries Check if header is present [NSM,ZSM,RSM,ASM,ESM,ESM Contact Number,Final Beat Name,ESM Erp Id,Beat Erp Id,Beat District,Beat State,Distributor Name,Distributor Erp Id]

The columns present here are as follows:- 

Columns A to T are columns to enter the information of the employees in the hierarchy. Start entering the information of the employees according to the hierarchy of your company. For example, if your company’s highest hierarchy is ZSM delete columns A-F. If your company has the highest hierarchy is NSM then delete columns A-C so on. 

If your company doesn’t have a mid-level hierarchy then enter dummy values. For example, if the company hierarchy is NSM-ZSM- ESM then enters “Vacant ZSM”s in the ZSM column. 

● Column U is ESM Company Zone. Enter the company zone in which the employee falls. ● Column V is EmployeeArea. Enter an area; if not present enter the region here. ● Column W is the date of Joining. If not relevant can delete 

● Columns Y - AB is to Enter Geographic Zone-> Region-> Territory ->Beat Enter Beat ERP id if present. Else delete the column 

● In Columns AD- AH Enter Distributor Related information. Delete Columns AF, AH(distributor ERP id and Distributor local name) if not relevant. 

If the following headers are present, then null entries will not be accepted. If these Columns are not required kindly delete the entire column 

● NSM, ZSM, RSM, ASM, ESM 

● Final Beat Name 

● ESM Erp Id 

● Beat Erp Id 

● Territory 

● Distributor Name 

● Distributor Erp Id 

● Distributor Local Name

Please note 

● One Employee in the sales hierarchy can not have more than 1 Manager. 

● One Beat Cannot be mapped to Multiple Territories. If the Same beat name appears in more than 1 territory then make it unique by concatenating the territory with the beat name in the beat column. For example, if MG road is the beat in two territories Goregaon and Malad, Beat name will become Goregaon MG road and Malad MG road for Goregaon and Malad Respectively. 

● Similarly, 1 Territory cannot be mapped to more than 1 Region. 

● 1 Region cannot be mapped to more than 1 Zone 

● 1 ASM can be mapped to multiple Territories but only 1 Region 

● 1 RSM can be mapped to multiple regions but not more than 1 Zone 

● 1 Distributor Can be mapped to only 1 region. 

Use case: 

Suppose Company has the highest level as NSM(Sailesh). 

Rest hierarchy ZSM, ASM, ESM 

The 2 ZSMs are Rahul and Umang 

Since RSM is not a part of the sales hierarchy in the system we will enter dummy entries that are Vacant RSM1 and Vacant RSM 2 

ASMs are Ram, Karan, Aman, Pradeep.
