Outlet Activate/Deactivate

The following document will explain how to deactivate any outlets at once using the bulk upload option 

The following document will help you with the following Queries:- 

● How to deactivate outlets already existing in the system using bulk upload? 

In order to reach the module Click on Company Settings. Under Location Management click on Bulk Upload and then click on change location isactive 

The following window will open up: 


Click on the Download button and one excel file will start downloading 

Once downloaded Open the excel file



Columns A-G are information related to the outlet and must be kept unchanged Column A is the zone in which the outlet is located 

Column B is the territory in which the outlet is location 

Column C is the beat under which the outlet is located 

Column C is the outlet’s name 

Column E is the outlet ERP Id 

Column F if true means outlet is active, if false it means Outlet is inactive. 

Column G is a unique identification number of the outlet generated by the system

To Deactivate an outlet type “deactivate” in column H Or to Activate an outlet that is deactivated type “activate” in Column H against the outlet the change is to be made 

Save the excel file. 


Click on Choose File and Select the file excel file which was updated and Click on the upload button. 

Before uploading please make sure the data is in the correct format by clicking on PrelimCheckInfo, PassiveCheckinfo button, and ActiveCheckinfo button. 

Once you clicked on the Upload button


The following screen will show up if all the data is entered correctly. 

If not please follow the error message in the “status Column” 


Click on the Continue button.


 


On clicking, Wait for a couple of minutes and click on Show Details Separately. 

This page opens up. 



Click on the continue button and wait for a couple of minutes.

If the Continue button doesn’t come up, Wait for a couple of minutes more and again click on Show Details Separately 

On clicking Show Details Separately, you will be prompted with a message “You may now log out” or “insertion Complete” 


Once the message is seen, you may close the window. 


The outlet is now deactivated
