The report helps in keeping track of the outlet wise targets allotted to the employees. The report reflects the achieved targets by the employees (outlet wise) against the total target assigned to them for the selected date range.
Date Range Filter: Yes. Month wise filter up to 6 months.
Report Logic: The report can be downloaded at RSM level and below hierarchy.
Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
1. Header (1-2) Employee Hierarchy: Hierarchy of the Employee, RegionalSalesManager > AreaSalesManager.
2. Zone:It is an entity which is super-set of all Geographical entities. Zone is the largest geographical area in which regions are present which further break down into Territory.
3. Territory:A geographical entity to locate the beat geographically.
4. Employee: Name of the Employee against whom Targets are to be tracked.
5. Beats: Name of the Beat under which the outlet is present.
6. Distributor: Distributor which is attached to the beat in which outlet is present.
7. Outlet: Name of the Outlet for which the targets are set/uploaded.
8. Outlet ERP Id: A unique ID to represent that Outlet. Outlet name can be same but the ERP id is unique and carries the identity of that outlet.
9. Outlet’s Owner No.: Owner’s contact number.
10. Outlet Address: Address where the outlet is present.
11. Outlet City: City where the Outlet is present.
Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
12. Outlet Type: Type/Category of outlet it is. Whether it is an Kirana Store, Wholesale Store or a Standalone.
13. Outlet Segmentation: Segmentation of the outlet based on the Potential of the outlet. Segmentation can be based on the Revenue generated by the outlet/Product space in the outlet/Competitors Product Sales from the outlet.
14. Is Focused: Is special attention given to this Outlet.
15. Header (16-18): Overall Target vs Achievement for the Employee. That is sum of targets of all the months for the particular outlet assigned to the employee under the date range (for which the report is extracted).
- Target: Total Target of the Outlet.
- Achieved: Target achieved by the Employee on that Outlet in current duration.
- Achieved %: Achievement by the Employee on that Outlet in % basis.
16. Header (19-21): Outlet wise target allotted to the Employee for a certain month.
