The report contains the outlets created under the selected hierarchy in selected date range. The report gives an idea of how many new outlets are being opened month wise/week wise/ day wise.
Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
- Date: Date when the outlet was created by the Field User.
- Header (2-6) Employee Hierarchy: Hierarchy of a Field User. For Ex: ZonalSalesManager (Level-4) > RegionalSalesManager(Level-3) > AreaSalesManager(Level-2) > Reporting Manager (Whom the user is reporting) > User.
- User Rank: Rank of the user at which he is present in Company Hierarchy.
- Beat ERP Id: A unique ID to represent that beat. Beat name can be same but the ERP id is unique and carries the identity of that beat.
- Beats: Name of the beat in which new outlet has been created.
- Outlet ERP Id: A unique ID to represent that Outlet. Outlet name can be same but the ERP id is unique and carries the identity of that outlet.
7. Outlet: Name of the outlet which is created.
8. Owner: Name of the outlet’s Owner.
9. Owner’s Contact.: Owner contact number.
10. Owner’s Email: Mail Id of the Owner.
11. GSTIN: GSTIN number of the outlet.
12. Address: Address where the outlet is present.
13 . Market Area City Tehsil: Location of the outlet.
14. Pin Code: Pin Code of outlet’s location
15. State: State in which outlet is present.
16, No Sales Reason: Reason of No Sales if the created outlet is non-productive.
17. Qty (Std Unit): Total quantity of order booked by the user in Standard Unit on the newly created outlet.
