I want to assign Product Division as per the requirement to my User ?

An employee can now be given the number of products division as per the requirement.

How to assign the Product Divisions to the Employee?

• From Dashboard:-

Employee Management > ESM-Management > Click on the arrow of the ESM whom you want to map Product Division.

There is an option named “Attach Division”. There can be multiple product divisions assigned to the user.

• From Bulk Upload:-

The mapping can be also be done by the bulk uploading program.

This function is helpful when you are assigning the product divisions for multiple users at a time. For this you need to provide us the data in the prescribed format which can be requested by submitting a ticket on FieldAssist Support Portal or mailing us at support@fieldassist.in

Reflection in the Application:-

User should able to see Products of only the Product Divisions assigned to him.

Note: - 1. If no Product Division is assigned then all the Products will be shown to the user.

            2. There should be at least 2 Product Division in the company in order to tag a Product Division to the ESM.
