Note – Assortment Product Rules is paid feature 


Brief on important terms used 


1. Rule Name – Type the Rule Name (example – Bakery Product Rule etc.) 

2. Description – Add the rule description here 

3. Start Date & End Date – Select the date range for the rule should be applicable 

4. Manager Selection – You can define this rule to any selected Manager and their team  members only  

5. Outlet Segmentation Attributes – You can define any set of outlet segmentation to be put  Product Assortment Rules (example – A+, A, B, B+) 

6. Focus Type - Create Assortment with additional filter options like Segmentation, is focus SKU or All products etc. 

7. Channel Name – Even it will give cushion to define the rules for only certain Channel type  like Modern Trade, General Trade, Horeca etc.  

8. Shop Type – You can assign rules for only certain Shop Types too 

9. Product SKU Selection – You can select your Primary Category, Secondary Category, SKU’s to  set Product Assortment Rules 

10. Must Sell – Set the product as Must Sell; Adding a SKU as Must Sell will trigger the user to  take an order of Must Sell SKU in every outlet on every visit the user does  

11. Min Buying – Set the minimum order Qty for a product; The minimum Qty defined will get a  pop up as a suggestion to the user in application and will help in maintaining a minimum Qty  of stock in the store  

12. Max Buying – Set the maximum order Qty for a product; The maximum Qty defined will get  a pop up as a suggestion to the user in application if a user tries to punch more than the  maximum buying Qty and will help in maintaining a maximum Qty of stock in the store so  that they can manage the stocks flow in the market 


Note – To define the reasons for Assortment Product Rules, you have to seek help from your  Account Manager to set the reasons in the backend.


Set Assortment Product Rules 


Click on Company Settings – Product Management (left side small arrow) – Assortment Product  Rules 


1) Click on Assortment Product Rules option 




2) Click on +Create Button; to create Assorted Product Rules 



3) Assorted Product Rules page will appear where you can define the rules here





4) Fill in the details systematically from top to bottom as shown in below image 


Note – Here you can set Must sell products, Minimum Buying and Maximum Buying Qty for  the products



5) After filling in the details of the rules, click on Create button 





6) When you look at the List - Rule For Assorted Product Page, you can see the recent Assorted  Product Rules appearing there 

Click on Company Settings – Product Management (left side small arrow) – Assortment  Product Rules

7) Like following the same steps like above, you can N number of Rules for your company’s  Products and Employees, Region, Shop Type etc.

 

8) To view the details of the Rule For Assorted Product, click on View Details button in the same  page


Click on Company Settings – Product Management (left side small arrow) – Assortment  Product Rules




9) Details of the rules will look like this 





10) You can deactivate the Assorted Product Rules by clicking on Deactivate button




11) This is how the Assorted Product Rules will be visible in the Application for employee when  they visit the outlet for orders 






12) Assorted Product Rules Page will appear in the screen 





13) If a particular SKU’s order is not taken then obviously they have punch the reason for that as  well 




14) After punching all the Orders, Existing Stock and Reasons for not taking order; the screen will  appear like this 




15) Click on Right symbol to save and close the activity
