DEFINE FOCUS PRODUCTS

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: 

(FOCUS PRODUCTS)

This module is to View and Define the Focus products of the company. 

The following document will help you with the following Queries:- 

      ● How to Create a new Focus Product Rule? 

● How to define which products fall under focus products? 

● How to view all the defined rules? 

To reach Focus Products, one should click on the Company setting tab, product management tab will unhide. 

Click on the arrow besides product management and further options will unhide. 

Click on the arrow besides Focus Products and further two options will unhide. 

Click on Define Focus Products

HOW TO CREATE A NEW FOCUS PRODUCT RULE? 

HOW TO DEFINE WHICH PRODUCTS FALLS UNDER FOCUS PRODUCTS? 

On clicking the Define Focus Products tab the following page opens up: 

The terms/nomenclature used in this window is explained below: 

Rule Name: Name of the rule to be defined for focus products 

Description: Description of the Rule 

Fill in the details like Rule Name and Description. Start Date and End date to define the period for focus products. 

Select the Manager and users under which the products need to be defined. 

Then select the primary Category and Secondary Category. On doing this all the SKUs present under the Primary Category and Secondary Category will show up. 

Select the SKUs of your choice to be defined as “Focused Product” and click on the “Right Arrow” 

On clicking Create, the rule gets defined.

HOW TO VIEW ALL THE DEFINED RULES FOR FOCUSED PRODUCTS? 

On clicking Product Management Under Company Settings, Focus Product Tab unhides. On clicking the arrow besides Focus Products List Focus Product rule unhides. The following page opens when the option is clicked: 

This page shows the list of all rules that are defined. 

On clicking View Details the details of the rule and its corresponding products.
