How to Create/Modify Beats

Create/Modify Beats

In order to move outlets from one beat to another beat, go to “Create/Modify Beats” option.

To reach there click on arrow in front of the “Beats management” under Location Management as shown below.

Click on Create/Modify Beats tab to reach the page where user can move outlets from one beat tot another beat.

Clicking on “Create/Modify Beats” option will lead to page shown below.

Select the Hierarchy under whom, the beats user want to modify exists.

Once clicked on get data, Page shown below will load.

Click on the select beat to select beats between whom user wants to transfer outlets.

Once beats are selected, Outlets will load automatically which can be selected and moved as shown below.

Once selected the outlets, click on the Arrows enclosed in image below to move outlets from one beat to another one, as per requirement.

Once clicked on arrow, outlet selected will move from one beat to another beat depending upon the arrow’s Direction.

Any changes made will be reflected instantly in the beats, as shown below.

In order to check the territory, region and zone of multiple beat at once beat, user need to click on “Beat Hierarchy” option shown under the “Beat Management” option.

Clicking on “Beat Hierarchy” will display all the betas with name of their Territory, Region and Zone.

A search tab is given at the top left corner of the page to make searching of required beat convenient.
