How to Download all Products

Highlights

Brief on important terms used 

1. Primary Category– Primary category of your product will be displayed (e.g.) Spices,  Chocolate, etc.  

2. Secondary Category - Secondary category of your product will be displayed (e.g.) Veg  Masala, Curry Masala, Dark chocolate etc.  

3. Standard Unit – Will display the unit by how you sell/dispatch your products to retailers in  bulk (i.e.) Case Box, Cotton Box etc. 

4. Display Category – Will show the Category name here which you made to show in Field  Assist reports 

5. Product – Product Name will be available in this field 

6. Variant –Variant types like Small, medium, large etc. if it is an Apparel industry 

7. Price – Price to Retailers will be visible here 

8. Unit – How the product orders are placed in market; is it in PCS or Packet etc. 

9. Standard Unit Conversion Factor –The total number of products that exists in Standard Unit  (Case Box, Cotton Box) 

10. Product Erp Id – Product Id that is maintained in Field Assist Portal 

11. Product Guid – Auto generated ID for each product in Field Assist Portal 

12. Is Active – Will show if the product is Active or Inactive in Field Assist Portal using TRUE,  FALSE 

13. Is Promoted - Will show if the product is promoted or not in Field Assist Portal using TRUE,  FALSE 

14. Display Order – Will show the display order number here for the products to show in user  application 

15. Is Image Attached – Will show if the product has image in the Field Assist Portal or not using  TRUE, FALSE 

Note – This file is used only to view the existing products both active and inactive products in  Field Assist Portal. You can’t update any information of the products using the option. 

To download only the active products in the Field Assist Portal without inactive products, you  should use Update Product option. Use these steps to reach there 

Company Settings – Product Management (click on left arrow) - Bulk Upload (click on left  arrow) – Update Product. In Update Product page, click on Download button (right top corner  of the page) to get only active products file.

Download Products 

Click on Company Settings – Product Management (click on left arrow) – Download Products 

1. Click on Download Products option 

2. Automatically product excel file from Field Assist Portal will get downloaded in your system  

3. Once you open the file, it will have all the products in Field Assist Portal which include both  Active and Inactive products in the file 

Note – This file is used only to view the existing products both active and inactive products in  Field Assist Portal. You can’t update any information of the products using the option. 

4. You can use the downloaded file to view the product details as per your requirement

FAQ’S 

1) How can I download all the products in Field Assist Portal? 

Answer- Go to Company Settings – Product Management (left side small arrow) – Download  Products. Automatically the product file will get downloaded in your system, note the file will  have both active and inactive products. 

2) How can I see only active products from downloaded file? 

Answer – Just use the filter option in your excel file and go to column G, keep only the rows  which has only TRUE in Is ACTIVE column. Then you will find only active outlets in the excel file. 

3) Is there a way to download only active products from Field Assist Portal without inactive  ones in the file? 

Answer – Yes, we do an option for that. To download only the active products in the Field Assist  Portal without inactive products, you should use Update Product option. Use these steps to  reach there. 

Company Settings – Product Management (click on left arrow) - Bulk Upload (click  on left arrow) – Update Product 

In Update Product page, click on Download button (right top corner of the page) to get only  active products file.
