Unable to Submit the Claim
Check Claims Configuration and Claim Submit End Date:
- Verify if the Claims Configuration and Claim Submit End Date have been set up correctly. If the claim submission end date is not configured properly, the claim submission button will not appear.
- You can check the Claim Submit End Date
Button Not Visible:
- If the claim submission button is not visible even after the configuration and end date are correctly set, please raise a ticket at dmsfasupport@fieldassist.in.
Button Visible but Unable to Submit the Claim:
- If the button is visible but you are still unable to submit the claim, please raise a ticket at dmsfasupport@fieldassist.in for further assistance.
