Claim Not Showing in DMS (ASM/RSM/ZSM)

  1. Check Position/Employee Hierarchy:

    • Verify if the Position Hierarchy and Employee Hierarchy are set up correctly. An incorrect hierarchy setup can prevent claims from flowing properly.
    • You can check by downloading master data report.
  2. Check Claims Hierarchy:

    • Ensure that the Claims Hierarchy is correctly uploaded. The claim will flow according to this hierarchy, so it is important that it is properly configured.
