Not able to login/showing error


If a user/Distributor is unable to log in to DMS, follow these checks:

For Company Users:

  1. Check Registration – Verify if the user is registered in the system.
  2. Email Conflict – If the email is already used as a Distributor, the user cannot log in to DMS as ASM, RSM, or ZSM.

For Distributors:

  1. Check Registration – Ensure that the Distributor is registered in the system.
  2. Email Conflict – If the email is already used as a company employee, the Distributor cannot log in into DMS.

If the Issue Persists:

  • If the user or distributor is registered but still unable to log in, please raise a ticket at dmsfasupport@fieldassist.in for further assistance.
