The scheme is not getting applied / the Wrong scheme is getting applied.

 


  1. Check the Scheme Configuration:

    • Schemes can be created based on different criteria such as:
      • Region basis
      • Distributor basis
      • Buyer category basis
    • Only the selected regions, distributors, and buyer categories will have the scheme applied.
  2. Verify Scheme Eligibility:

    • Ensure that the scheme is correctly assigned to the respective region, distributor, or buyer category.
    • If the scheme is not visible, confirm with the company admin or CSM for detailed scheme information.
  3. If the Scheme is Set Correctly But Still Not Applied:

    • If the scheme is configured correctly but not getting applied or the wrong scheme amount is applied, please raise a ticket at dmsfasupport@fieldassist.in.
