Beat/Outlet Not Visible


If the Beat is Not Visible:

  1. Check if the company is using Employee Beat Mapping. If so, verify whether the mapping exists or not.
  2. If the mapping does not exist, ask the company admin or account manager to create or correct the beat mapping.
  3.  if the company is using position beat mapping please check if the mapping exists correctly if not then please contact the company admin or account manager to do the mapping correctly. 

If the Outlet is Not Visible:

  1. Check if the Outlet Beat Mapping has been done. Ensure that the outlet is properly mapped to the correct beat.
  2. Ask the user to sync the data. This step may resolve the issue and make the outlet visible.
