Unable to Edit the User

If you encounter an error while editing user details, please review the error message displayed on the page and follow the appropriate steps to resolve it.

  • Ensure all steps are correctly followed.
  • If the issue persists despite following all necessary steps, please raise a support ticket.

Unable to Create a User

User creation issues may occur due to the following reasons:

  • The phone number entered is already associated with an existing user. In this case, please remove the phone number from the existing user’s profile.
  • The phone number is linked to the user’s previous company. In such cases, request the user to contact their previous company to remove their phone number from the system.

If the issue persists after performing these checks, please raise a support ticket.
