TOUR PLAN

This module is used to View/Approve/Reject Tour plans of the field users. 

The following document will help you with the following Queries:-

● How to edit a Tour plan? 

To reach the Tour Plan, one should click on the Company setting tab, Tour plan tab will unhide.

HOW TO VIEW AND APPROVE TOUR PLANS? 

Once the Tour plan is created by the field user on the mobile app, the following screen appears on the mobile app. 

The tour plan will be effective only after the manager approves it. 

To approve the Tour plan, Click on Tour Plan under Company Settings.

Please note: If the field user cannot find the beats while creating a route plan, Please attach Beat in the field user management settings under company settings. 

On clicking the option the following Window Opens up

This window will have all the requests made by the ESMs for approval of their tour plan. To approve any tour plan click on the “Take Action” button 

The following window will open:

The manager can view the plan in detail, and can also make changes to the plan if required. On clicking the edit, one can edit any day as required: 

Select the options from the drop-down menu. 

Once all relevant information is updated, click on accept and save details changes. 

If no updation/edit is needed directly click on the Accept button to Approve the Tour plan. 

Click on Reject if the plan needs to be disapproved.
