The location edit tab in the Company setting module under Location Management on FieldAssist web portal enables the user to create new or edit existing outlets/stores/shops.
The following document will help you with the following Queries:-
● How to create a new Outlet/store?
● How to edit/update existing Outlet/Store
To reach the setting, one should click on the Company setting tab, location management tab will unhide.
Further clicking on the Arrow in front of the location management will unhide further options and functionalities as shown below.
Click on Locations edit.
HOW TO CREATE A NEW OUTLET/SHOP IN THE SYSTEM?
On clicking the locations edit tab the following window opens up:
This window shows the list of all outlets present.
To create a new outlet click on the create button on the top
On Clicking it the following window opens:
Fill in all the details of the outlet.
On filling all the details click on the submit button to create the outlet in the system.
HOW TO EDIT AN EXISTING OUTLET/SHOP?
In order to edit/update an existing outlet in the system click on the edit button.
Fill in all the details and click on the submit button.
The outlet is then updated
