The report represents all the surveys done by the Employees combinedly in at a single page into more effective way.
Survey Filter: Name of the Survey for which the report is to be extracted. There can be multiple surveys created in a company. The survey can be selected from the Survey filter for which the responses needs to be extracted.
The Report contains 2 tabs.
· Consolidate Response.
· Survey Response.
Consolidate Response: The tab contains responses in consolidated format. It helps the management to see particular/overall surveys count in One Go.
Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
- Header (1-6) Employee Hierarchy: Hierarchy of a Field User. For Ex: GlobalSalesManager (Level-6) > NationalSalesManager (Level-5) > ZonalSalesManager (Level-4) > RegionalSalesManager(Level-3) > AreaSalesManager(Level-2) >User.
2. Total: Total number of responses filled by the user for different groups of select survey.
The Headers from 8th onwards are according to the survey. Say, for the sample report given in fig-2.
· First survey question is “Click your Image”. Here the headers will reflect the counts number of times the image is taken and total number of times this survey question is filled.
· Second survey question is “What is today’s date”. The headers will be according to the dates on which the survey is filled and total number of times this survey question is filled.
This goes similar to the next survey questions and these headers will be dependant on the type of survey questions.
Survey Response: The Tab contains responses in detailed format.
Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
1. Date: Date on which the survey is filled.
- Header (2-8) Employee Hierarchy: Hierarchy of a Field User. For Ex: GlobalSalesManager (Level-6) > NationalSalesManager (Level-5) > ZonalSalesManager (Level-4) > RegionalSalesManager(Level-3) > AreaSalesManager(Level-2) >Reporting Manager (Whom the user is reporting) > User.
- User Rank: Rank of the user at which he is present in Company Hierarchy.
4. Zone:It is an entity which is superset of all Geographical entities. Zone is the largest geographical area in which regions are present which further break down into Territory.
5. Region:A geographical entity which is a subset of the Zone.
6.Territory:A geographical entity to locate the beat geographically.
7. Beat ERP Id: A unique ID to represent that beat. Beat name can be same but the ERP id is unique and carries the identity of that beat.
8 .Beats: Name of the beat on which the Order has been done.
9. Time: The time when the survey was punched.
The Headers from 16th onward are according to the survey as explained above for Consolidated Response tab.
