How to create an RSM

To create an RSM, click on the “Create” option, enclosed in the image below.


Once clicked on the create option, a popup window to fill in details will be open.


Fill in the Name and Email Id of the RSM, Select the Zonal Sales Manager under whom you are creating the employee and then click on the Submit option to create the employee.


After clicking on submit, the employee will be saved and will be shown in the list.




To edit the details of the existing RSM, Click on the “edit” option.


Once clicked on edit, an employee’s already existing details will be shown and can be edited as shown below.


Change the details by filling values in designated fields and click on submit to save the details.



Details edited and created will be reflected in the RSM- Management page instantly.
