Showing error while creating the e-invoice

1. Verify GST Number:

   • Check if the GST number is valid and active using the official portal:
     GST Portal.
   • If the GST number is invalid or inactive, the e-invoice cannot be generated.

2. Check Government GST API Status:

   • If the GST number is valid and active but the issue persists, verify whether the government GST API is working correctly.
   • You can check for updates on its status from official sources(like twitter, X ).

3. Check Product Manufacture & Expiry Date:

   • Ensure the product expiry date has not exceeded the government’s allowed date.
   • If the expiry date has passed, an error will be displayed while generating the e-invoice.
