Check City Grade and Outlet Station Configuration: Verify if the city grade and outlet station are properly configured. If they are not, reach out to your CSM or company admin for assistance.
2. Check User Designation Mapping: Ensure that the user is correctly mapped to the appropriate designation.
3. Sync Designation to Workozy: Confirm that the designation is synced to Workozy. If it's not, ensure the sync is done properly.
