Product Category Analysis Report
This report gives the performance of various SKU/ Secondary or Primary Category on various parameters.
This report helps in analyzing a particular SKU/Primary or Secondary Category on parameters such as how many Front liners are selling it, what percentage of sales is contributed by it, Percentage of stores where it is sold and Month-wise trend of sales contribution by that particular SKU/Primary or Secondary Category on overall sales.
Category Filter: The filter can be selected as on which level the report needs to be extracted. Like Primary Category, Secondary Category or Product level.
Date Range Filter: Yes. Up to 3 Months.
The report contains 2 tabs:
· Category Analysis.
· Month on Month Category Analysis.
Category Analysis: The tab contains detailed analysis of the products. Like total quantity of a particular product sold, total value of that product, % of sales contribution of that product etc.
Understanding the Headers in the sheet (from left to right):
1. Product: Name of the product for which the analysis is done.
2. Qty (Std Unit): Quantity of that particular product sold in standard unit.
3. Value: Value of that particular product sold in rupees.
4. % of Sales: Contribution done by that particular product’s sale in the total sales in %. (Qty of Product Sold/Total Qty Sold) X 100.
5. Total Employees: Total number of the Employees doing sales for the company.
6. Count of Employees: Number of employees doing who have done sales for that particular Product in the selected date range.
7. % of Employee: Number of employees doing who have done sales for that particular Product in the selected date range in %. (Count of Employees/Total Employees) X 100
8. Total PC: Total number of PCs (Productive Calls) done by the Employees in the selected date range.
9. Count of PC: Number of PCs(Productive Calls) done by the Employees in which that particular product was sold.
10. % of PCs: Number of PCs(Productive Calls) done by the Employees in which that particular product was sold in %. (Count of PC/Total PC) X 100.
11. UPC: Total Unique Productive Calls done by the Employees in the selected date range. Here, UTC refers to the Productive Calls done at distinct outlets.
12. UPC (Outlet): Number of Unique Productive Calls done by the Employees in which that particular product is sold in the selected date range. Here, UTC refers to the Productive Calls done at distinct outlets.
13. % of Shops:): Number of Unique Productive Calls done by the Employees in which that particular product is sold in the selected date range in %. [Count UPC (Outlet)/UPC] X 100
Month on Month Category Analysis: This tab contains summarized analysis of Products month wise.The recommended use for this report is to view month wise sales.
