How to Register an Admin

Register an Admin Account 


1. Once you click on Company Settings – Admins Management, it will take you to Admins  details page 


      2. Use the Search Field to search the respective admin name and click on Register button 




3. Admin account access will be activated again 


Note – Register process will apply if you want to give the access back to admin. In case if you had  revoked the access of particular Admin for time being and giving the dashboard access again to the  admin, only then this process will come into picture.


Change Company Secretary or Regional Admin to Company Admin or vice  versa 


Note – Yes, this can done however please reach Field Assist team or your Account Manager for this.  As first we need to revoke the old rights (could be regional admin or company secretary) of the user  and have to give new Admin rights to the same user, thus can be done by Field Assist team

1. How do I deactivate an admin account of a user? 

Answer – Select Company Settings – Admin Management, once you click on that option you will  get list of Admin users of your company. Select the respective Admin users whom you want to  deactivate, and then click on Deactivate button to deactivate the access to the user. 

2. How can I know what kind of rights a user has in the Field Assist Portal? 

Answer – To see Select Company Settings – Admin Management, once you click on that option  you will get list of Admin users of your company. Click on Edit button beside to the user name  whom you would like to see; in that page you will get to know the current rights of the user. 

3. How can I find Email id or Phone number of an Admin user in the Field Assist Portal? 

Answer - Once you click on Company Settings – Admins Management, it will take you to Admins  details page. Use the Search Field to search the respective admin name and click on View Details  button to the view the details of the Admin users. 

4. How can I create a new admin access for company employee? 

Answer - To create new admin login access you have to send email or reach Field Assist Account  Manager for creating a new admin account access.
