Unable to Generate my Password for Dashboard

To generate the password, user's e-mail id should be registered in the system. 


If user's mail id is not registered. Please follow  How to create Manager Application/Dashboard Credentials?


If email id is registered in the system. Please follow the below process:-


1. Enter the URL- https://manage.fieldassist.in.


2. A window will open. Click on Forgot Password.



3. Now a new window will open, please provide your registered mail id. Click Submit.



4. A mail will be sent to the registered e-mail id. There will be a link present in the mail. Click on the link. A new window will open asking to reset the password. Please enter your registered email id as user name and provide password. Click on Reset.


 


5. Now, you can login into the dashboard by providing user name as your registered e-mail id and password.
